Intellectual Property

Your code and data remain your property. CodeRaven does not claim ownership over content you submit through the service. Our service, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

CodeRaven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
